I am a mom of 2 very fine and accomplished daughters both very involved in the arts and a greener way of life. I have been an RN for many years and would very much like to find another way to involve in my community, which is new to me.
Green Steps Taken:
Laundry is dried outside, I purchased more efficient washer/dryer, I have been green for more years than I can count. I don’t drive unless I need to. I am currently revising my shopping to eliminate unnecessary packaging.
Surprising Successes:
Air drying laundry it smells so good and feels cleaner.
Having Trouble With:
Giving up some brand name cleaners.
Giving Back:
Recycling clothes to goodwill, donations to favorite charities.
